Item was packaged poorly, as I was looking for the item to arrive in the original box it was purchased. As I proceeded to open, the head of them item was broken off. The item shipped in a SMALL, THIN cardboard box with a word fragile written on it. Fragile printed on each side and top and bottom of box. Once it leaves my hands I have no control over the package. You will receive a full refund. Don't worry!
