Excellent service as I ordered box spanners at 1am on 27 March and they were delivered to me at 11.45am on 28 March. Were well packaged and fitted through the letter box. Was sent emails when ordered confirmed dispatched and when delivery would be made. Cannot fault communication, service, delivery, price and quality. Have not used the spanners yet but I am delighted at the quality of the set which was as described in posting. Price was good. Have no hesitation in recommending this company.

as described, fast delivery, no hassle unlike Berlin Tools or Powertime and other mass warehouse sellers with no customer service skills that promise 2-3 day postage then tell you to expect them over a week later and when you message them asking why this is you get an arrogant condescending BS message back saying that they don't care and that your order is just one of thousands. Does the job at a good price!
Seems like a good quality "Helicoil" type kit, certainly the tap and drill are well made and accurately ground. I think I remember the item description saying something about multiple different length inserts, however I could only see one length. Not that I'm complaining, it was half the price of a pukka Helicoil set, and for the obscure-sized thread pitch I needed I suspect I'll probably never use it again. If you're in a bind with a stripped thread only an insert kit like this will fix it properly, and this kit seems like the perfect compromise of price and quality.Seems like a good quality "Helicoil" type kit, certainly the tap and drill are well made and accurately ground. Not for spark plugs.
It was easy to use but did not work on my spark plugs I drilled the hole ok tapped the three ok inserted the coil ok all easy but then the plug was not going to fit so it may have been my bad choice of size - 10x1mm a very fine thread but the correct one as I later found out when I used a more solid insertion from "us,pro" spark plug repair tool kit. Of the same size all sorted.
