Seller's reply: "We are very sorry for this during the transit it has been broken in your next order we would send you an extra piece. " I replied that I do not plan to buy more of the product and would like to have a new coaster to replace the broken piece. I have not heard back from the seller. The package was fully wrapped with layers of brown tape all over the box.
