The finish and colors may be more “new” than the clock, but that’s to be expected. The clock is from Germany, so I was happy to find this replacement at a good value. Arrived in great condition and the size is right, seems to be good quality. Shipping was a little late, but there was some weather that may have impacted that.

Short story is I bought some cuckoo clock hands plus shipping. The order had a tracking number assigned to it. Two days later I realized that the bellow tops were broken. So, I ordered them, plus shipping. This company noticed (without me contacting them) that I had a previous order. They apparently opened the 1st package back up and added the 2nd order to it, and CREDITED me a refund on shipping (combining the two) A ++
