    FDCs took 3 weeks to be delivered, as it was held up at customs and I had to pay an additional $21.39 (CDN) in a tariff, for the item to be released. Not the sellers fault, but due to the current POTUS and unreasonable tariffs. I do believe that the seller could have warned prospective buyers that a tariff will be imposed. As for the FDCs themselves; the packaging and condition was excellent. I will not be buying any items from USA sellers until the tariffs are removed.

    Packaging was solid. Contents were in good condition and as described! (One suggestion...when shipping stock pages only, maybe use a separate sheet of light cardboard to sandwich the pages.) Great vendor to work with and will look forward to using them again!

    LIFE CHANGER

    This is an excellent learning/practice QiGong workout DVD. Francesco and his wife Daisy illustrate and explain each movement in great detail, showing different views of each movement I had previously purchased their QiGong Cleansing DVD and thoroughly enjoy it as well. However, this is absolutely his best! The scenery is breath taking beautiful and almost worth the price of the DVD.. It is a two disc set - the second disc is a documentary detailing Francesco's travel and experiences. It is more of a travelogue with fascinating people and Masters featured in it. I enjoy watching this disc again every once in while and never tire of it. I started out practicing TaiChi and still do the workouts, but Francesco has opened up a whole new way of thinking and improving my overall health ...

    Outstanding QiGong Instructional DVD

    This, in my opinion, the best QiGong DVD for beginners and those with experience. It is easy to understand and implement. The QiGong practice allows you to choose between a less than 20 minute or a 40 minute sequence and contains a Shaolin Temple massage sequence. It also contains a 2nd disk documentary of QiGong wich was well produced.

    Excellent Introduction to Qigong

    I originally bought this DVD set over 10 years ago and have been practicing it several times a week since. I bought this 2nd set as a gift for a friend. This style of Wuji Qigong is well presented and easy to follow. I recommend this to anyone looking for a Qigong program or a simple, low impact method of exercise. The bonus DVD of the late Master Duon is also very enjoyable and was originally shown on PBS in the USA. The master passed a way a couple years ago at the age of 107. RRR

    Qigong for beginners

    This DVD is very helpful for at home beginner Qigong instructions and helping w my overall path in recovery from multiple injuries. It is easy to follow and gets me moving at a pace I can do. Highly recommend

    Awesome Qigong video with beautiful background.

    This is a great video. Explains in deep detail all the moves and background to them. Very easy to follow along. Really good value and arrived quite quickly!
