The seller was very understanding and was quick to respond to all my messages. They refunded me quickly when I explained what happened and provided images. I shared this with the seller for information purposes since the damage happened during shipping in case seller wanted to change packaging to avoid this from happening to other buyers. Seller was quick to respond and even mailed replacements the next day. Excellent customer service.
