Only secured together with one taped location allowing them to flop around. This caused damage to the ship label which sent the tires on a 6 day adventure to several erroneous locations. The packing slip was hanging by a thread. It was a drop shipped order so the seller only pushed paperwork so not the fault of them. Sorry, that WPS one of the largest distributors in the country, didn't secure the tires better. You are correct in your case, we did use them to ship the tires.
