My postman told me untracked parcels are given the lowest priority for delivery, I think I only received the second consignment because you sent it tracked. To pay £3;95 for postage only to go through this delay is not the best experience. Communication was lacking also.

There was no clear info who the courier company the seller used. I found out it was the Fastway courier company that was dealing with the delivery. Delivery was attempted three times. The first time I was at work. The second time it was when I got out of apartment to sort out some chores and the third attempt was early in morning while I wasn’t home at that time.
