    There was a problem wit the initial item I received. The seller contacted me--literally--within minutes of my contact with eBay. He immediately offered to rectify the problem and sent me a new unit even before I had sent the original back. I received the replacement today in perfect condition. This seller has flawless and totally reliable customer service. Do not hesitate to deal with him.

    Package was noticeably squished upon arrival. Also, the remote looks slightly different than the photos because there is a Prime Video shortcut button rather than the HULU shortcut button. The contents of the package appear to be undamaged and new though. Was shipped in a soft plastic mailing bag (not in a solid shipping box) which (apparently combined with careless Postal Service handling) resulted in the damage to the ROKU package.

    Great motion detector but not very responsive

    So far I am very happy, it perform well. It looks and feel much better than 1st generation and it works with base station 1st generation. I have put this on the corner of the room and the only issue I have is that is not very responsive i haven't checked to compare with ring motion 1st generation, or maybe since base station is on 1st floor and this on second and is kind of far but if you get near it trigger and i have set it to high sensitivity, and my internet is good so not sure who to blame.

    Excellent security choice!

    I have just installed an entire ring security system and I absolutely love it. Not only easy to install but it works very well. The sensors are perfect. Installed this one in the garage and it covers the entire two car garage
