Heads of the pin bolts were to big to fit into the axle block, easy fix with an angle grinder. Would have been a big problem though for someone without an assortment of tools and basic old school fabrication knowledge.

Installed a add a leaf and the result was pretty dramatic for now as I know it will settle down after a while. the bonus is I don't have to make any other suspension modifications to compensate for this set up. Have used these types of systems before and was quite satisfied. Very economical but a little time consuming to make sure you get it right. I'm a little picky that way.
