He replied at all my questions in less than 2 days. And for the delivery, he sent me the tracking number quickly after the sending of the package. The delivery was fast (less than 1 week). To finish, the package was perfect, it protected very well the product (the box of the figure) and the figure is exactly like it was described, new.
