Please notice the tone of the writing. Yes, there was a mixup & someone who was supposed to get the quilt, received his doll instead. As soon as he notified us (which right in the first message was in all caps, using profanity and mean), we offered to make it right. Claims he can't send or receive packages which actually he can through FPO. So, he made it impossible for us to get him his actual item and refused to send the quilt that is worth more than what he purchased.

But tracking shows that USPS did not receive the package until 15 days later, on June 7. Why the long delay?
