The seller packed and posted my ring the same day. Sending the valuation by letter was a nice touch, and once the ring arrived I fell even more in love with it. Excellent value for money in my opinion, packaging was secure even after travelling to the other side of the world. The item is exactly as described, and obviously well cleaned and polished before selling. Thank you so much!

I am happy with every item I bought and there is always more than a few items on the site I would love to buy and I will always browse site for new items, so I am sure I will buy again soon big thanks

The sale was therefore cancelled by the seller. A full and total refund of the purchase price and the postage amount was therefore given by the seller. It was disappointing not to receive the item, but under the circumstances, the seller was efficient and prompt and satisfactory in all dealings.
