Lodging a simple dispatch enquiry prompted unnecessary rudeness culminating in “expect a refund of your cartridge, and I will block you from further purchases”. This was indeed actioned expediently but guess what? The cartridge supposedly dispatched never actually arrived. Says it all. The day after dispatch using 2nd Class. "Has this been dispatched, would've thought it would be here by now! If dispatched, WHEN did it go off?" Does this buyer expect miracles of Royal Mail? Even 1st Class is not guaranteed next day delivery anymore. He was indeed blocked, as I do not tolerate this kind of attitude from anyone, let alone a buyer on eBay,
