The item re-appeared in the system just before the supplier was about to replace it. The communications and support by the supplier was very good and the customer service was much appreciated.

Seller promptly took action, contacting the shipper and issuing a refund. Lo and behold, the original order showed up today - one month later. Unfortunately, while the floor mats are of good quality and correct color, they are not the correct size - my fault. So, the original order is on its way back seller and I will be ordering the correct size - XJL.
