The packing slip was hanging by a thread. It was a drop shipped order so the seller only pushed paperwork so not the fault of them. Sorry, that WPS one of the largest distributors in the country, didn't secure the tires better. You are correct in your case, we did use them to ship the tires. We are glad that FedEx didn't beat them up any worse then they did. And that your tires are arrived in good shape. We will let them know to be more careful. Thanks again, Eric M
