Communication about the situation was fast and precise. Human error can occur, especially when you have a large shop such as Vantagepoint. But, like I said, they followed through with impeccable customer service. So my experience with this eBay store has been positive. A must save if you are a Matchbox collector. What had arrived arrived on time. It was securely packaged; the value and description were great.
