Carrier reported that they couldn't deliver it despite the porch door being unlocked, us being in the house and our receiving another delivery an hour later by a different Carrier! It did arrive the next day, perhaps the Delivery Driver had other plans for the evening? It is not the first time it has happened with this particular Carrier ~ I wouldn't mind so much if we lived in the middle of nowhere but we're in a large town!!!

Third and final delivery attempt they left outside door without receiving a signature, but delivery partner lied and said I had taken receipt of it. They had packed the wrong item, but wouldn't refund me and collect, instead forcing a redelivery, which again couldnt be recieved. Useless comms.
