You can tell that it is only a photo of the feet and not the actual feet. It does not state anywhere in my listing that you are getting the feet and the remote. The listing is for the remote only. Also, we got these in from brand new damaged tvs. They may or may not come in the plain packaging you would receive it in if you bought a TV. That doesn't mean they are not new.

Im not blaming the seller stuff happens and there's know way anyone could know unless you went threw and physically tested them all. I messaged the seller and she got back to me promptly about returning the thermostat and before I even had it packaged and sent back and new one was sitting on my porch. We worked that out the seller gave me a prompt response to my concerns and the item arrived well packed and unharmed. Package received no signs of damage or mishandled by carrier. Shipping via USPS proved to be a different story as the package traveled only 525 miles it took nearly 2 weeks not the fault of the seller they were very cooperative and willing to go above and beyond ready to send a replacement for the one ordered. The package was stranded in two different distribution centers and set there.
