The system is brand new as described, couldn’t even find fingerprints on the housing or screens and everything in the box was in perfect shape. If you need a brand new 3DS I’m sure this is your best bet. Beware that handling does take a bit longer than usual but it is very worth it in the end. I’m very happy with my purchase. A++++
