I ask for 2-1/2-inch-long minute hand in the message box but the 3-1/2 long hands were shipper. Disappointed that I had to cut off hands to fit clock face. Clock looks rough. Description as stated. "I CAN SUBSTITUTE DIFFERENT LENGTH SPADE STYLE HANDS WITH THIS LISTING. SPADE STYLE IS AVAILABLE IN 1 7/8", 2", 2 1/2", 3 1/2", 4 1/2", AND 5 1/2" SIZES.

Short story is I bought some cuckoo clock hands plus shipping. The order had a tracking number assigned to it. Two days later I realized that the bellow tops were broken. So, I ordered them, plus shipping. This company noticed (without me contacting them) that I had a previous order. They apparently opened the 1st package back up and added the 2nd order to it, and CREDITED me a refund on shipping (combining the two) A ++
