Very disappointed. Waste of money and time . I asked for a refund and they tell me to do it and when I ask them how ? Buyer wanted a refund BUT, it doesn't work that way. Buyer needs to start a return with eBay. When I receive the poster I refund. When I explained how to start a return, it was obvious he wanted a free poster. Also it is VERY easy to start a return. I even pay for shipping. I am FAIR and HONEST.
