    The seller inadvertently sent the wrong part number harness but immediately sent the correct one not problems whatsoever. I however lashed out because of a prior ripoff by DEI product dealer in the Dallas Fort Worth area, on Amazon for $169 for which I got a broken remote , and a harness and brain that don’t even go together. I get heated just thinking about it now. This guy 💯 on the up and up! Great communication and fast shipping and zero issues with the fixing the minor issue. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Good value and quality for replacement remote

    Functions work the same as the remote it replaced. Cost is lower than other retailers. Pairing with your existing alarm system is a multi-step process. You can find the pairing instructions with an online search. A benefit to replacing the remote only is that your existing alarm system should still have its original programmed functions. So, once the remote is paired, it should not have to be reprogrammed - it should work right away.

    Quick and easy replacement device

    Very quick to program - just follow the included instructions. My only gripe - when changing batteries, sometimes they stop working. Luckily - the price of the replacement isn't too bad!

    Great Product

    Ordered one of these as a replacement thru the store I had bought & whom had installed the original starter. It was $60.00 and I waited a half hour while they programmed it. Simple, concise and most importantly accurate programming instructions on the package and I had everything working in 5 minutes!! (2004 Monte Carlo SS)

    Great Replacement Remote!

    Awesome replacement remote. Had a little trouble trying to pair it to my unit. Thought it was giving a tough time because my system is 8yrs old. Kept trying and finally got it to work and after that, it work flawlessly. Highly recommend!!!

    misleading photo

    I wasn't sent the correct product - the one in the photo is the one that I needed, however I got a completely different one. I was going to return it however I opened it to see if it would maybe work (thinking that's why they sent it to me). However, it isn't compatible. So, now I'm out my money
