On Christmas Day, my son opened these and he quickly realized that there were 2 of one helmet and 1 helmet team was missing. I contacted the seller in hopes of getting the missing helmet and the seller had one in the mail within 24 hours! It came within days and my son is so excited! I told him the elves must have made a mistake and Santa sent it in the mail! lolThanks so much for coming through! My son loves them!

I contacted the seller, he immediately responded and acknowledged the error. He refunded my money and still sent me the card. The condition of the card was immaculate, obviously the value was great and the communication spectacular. I would HIGHLY recommend this seller. I appreciate the acknowledgement of the error and what was done to correct the issue.
