It was in good condition however the joints were very tight and the plastic around the arms had a hard time fitting into the right pegs for the transformation process. They got a little bit scratched but overall I still like the figure as it’s very good.

The customer service was excellent too. I thought the manual was missing so contacted the seller. They responded within minutes and offered a solution. But I found it. Very impressive and satisfied overall.
