  Paid for the cheapest shipping possible on a $250 purchase. Package got sampled by USPS after it reached my towns hub and sent out to LA. Despite being two states away it took almost a week and a half to reach me. I had to go into the post office and speak to their manager because no one knew what was going on with the package. Seller didn't pay enough for the shipping. The box was so beat up I'm surprised the contents were not damaged. Hope this seller does better next time.

  Hello. We paid extra actually! You spent $10.60 but we upgraded to $15.06 with insurance. We also carefully wrap our items—as you said, the contents were not damaged. If you’d had an issue, you could have contacted us and we would have addressed it. Instead, you chose to leave negative feedback and failed to reply when I sent a screenshot of your shipping purchase versus what we paid. Hope this buyer does better next time.
