    Item was as described. Great price. Seller made regular communication. Only negative --- and it is ABSOLUTELY NOT the seller ----- was the United States Postal Service. Apparentlly they "lost" the package somewhere in their post office! Reportedtly they found it by accident. LOL. At any rate none of that has anything to do with the seller! Seller did great! Once USPS found the package it arrived promptly. Would buy again from this seller. Would also highly recomment this seller.

    Little red pond warmer!

    This unit is replacing an older, smaller pond warmer that decided to stop working this year. Setup was easy and simple - plug it in and put it in place... easy. Do NOT make the same mistake I did.... plug it in, wait 60 seconds - and wonder if those exposed heating elements get just 'warm'..... I can tell you...or I can show you my hand... they indeed get nice and hot... I didn't care for exposed heating elements. After putting the unit in my pond - my next question was whether or not those heating elements were going to get REALLY hot. I have a pretty small pond - so now I'm wondering if I'm going to slowly cook my fish... fantastic. So - no worries... the system works exactly as it should - my fish are happy - there's' no ice in the pond this year - all good. Good unit - good ...

    Floating Pond De-icer/heater

    This is an excellent item for eliminating gas when pond is frozen. I feel it has dramatically reduced fish kill from too much gas below the ice in my Koi Pond. I have two , one in each pond and are considering buying a third for my other pond. The only drawback is in design, there should have a light to show that the gadget has power. So, if you don't mind having to guess whether the device is working or have power, I would recommend it.

    7521 “TANK” Deicer

    I had what I thought was this identical product in my fish pond for several years and it worked fine but of course nothing lasts for ever. I assume water eventually leaked in and the GFI Receptacle wouldn’t hold any more. I bought this one as a replacement only to learn that the one I had before was actually a 7521P which has a nice 15 foot cord where this model only has a 6 foot cord. It barely reaches my receptacle with the heater tight against the side of the pond . It works fine though. My fault for not doing more research but I just assumed it was the same unit. The description doesn’t mention the cord length on this one but it does on the 7521P

    Reliable product

    Have been using this stock tank heater for years.Very reliable.Bought this one for a backup to the one I have been using for 4 years. Cannot buy this brand locally anymore.

    Good product, great value, quick delivery.

    Work great, easy to install, the cord is a little short and initially stiff but I received it during the winter. It simply plugged in and did the job at a great price. It floats very, very well with the plastic floating top keeping th coil on the top of the water where it needs to be. I use it on a plastic, 2-pond unit that pumps from the bottom, 3 feet deep to the top and flows back in. I keep goldfish, who flourish and grow through the winter when there is a water heater.
