Great lenses and sturdy yet attractive frames. A no-brainer!
I have just had cataract surgery on both of my 74-year-old eyes and now have great vision so I needed to find the best non-prescription glasses available to compliment my "new eyes". I had worn Oakleys and Keanon's for years and liked both but a trusted Optometrist (who sells only prescription lenses so he would not profit from his advice) told me if it was his decision, he would get Maui Jim's because he considers the lenses to be the best available and the frames to be rugged and yet attractive. I checked out some Maui Jim's, agreed with my friend's evaluation and bought a pair. I love them!!. I got the bronze lenses because I have heard that they work best on golf courses and I am happy with the contrast they provide but I know that I can buy inexpensive replacement lenses if I change my mind so it was a no-brainer for me. About as good as it gets for polarized sunglasses
I bought a pair of the Maui Jim Peahis after a crew member on a tour boat in Kauai let me test his pair out. Great optics and style. The frame provides 100% coverage of any outside light.
