With Dynasty Warriors DS, players can conquer China at home or on the go. Unique to the DS, the game features a "battlefield area system" to create strategic gameplay in shorter periods of time, as well as the opportunity to control bodyguards during battle. Gamers can select from 42 warriors belonging to such factions as the Three Kingdoms and the Unaligned Forces. Weapons range from swords to spikes, and each fighter has his or her own set of special moves. Getting to the center of the battle is made easier with a variety of mounts including elephants and horses.
