I did have one of the three windows arrive broken/glass shattered and the company was quick to resolve the issue and send me a replacement. The windows were as described and were good quality and look good installed. This company had the best price of all of the options available. I would recommend the company find a way to package the windows with more protection than just the box. Overall, good experience.

The quality, condition and appearance are as good as the photos indicated and as described. I'm more then satisfied. Thanks 4 a gr8 deal at a fair price.
