    "Good show that just ran out of ideas"

    Night Court is a good show but, by the ninth season you can tell that the shows were not as good, well written or even as funny as previous seasons. It has its moments, still the well had run dry by this last season. The dvd quality is excellent, just the show went over the top being silly this last season.

    Quality show even in the last season

    not quite the ending I would have hoped for as I hoped for a big bang up ending. But, I understand the show didn't know it was going to be ending in season 9. Great just the same. Same quality standard til the end.
