Look no further for a professional grade induction burner. Bought a cheap Sam's Club special before buying the Vollrath Mirage Pro. Don't be fooled by cheap induction burners. The Sam's Club model boiled water at 100F setting and had a "whopping" 5 inch diameter burner. Worthless!
