The best book on school behaviour management ever! At last a book that makes sense in real classrooms, and works even on the toughest of students regardless of their background. Must have for teachers
This book has lots of great advice that chimes with my beliefs as a specialist teacher advising schools on SEMH. Another good read that explains why detentions don't work and encourages rapport with the child and understanding about what fuels behaviour.
