To Know One's Place......
This series was a great portrait of early 1900's England as well as the US. You get to know all the players and feel like a part of the activities going on. The sauciness of the female characters and the power of the male acting people was very true to life. I just thank goodness that I didn't have to live in those times.......I highly recommend this series. It was very entertaining and engaging and best of all in colour. Once I started watching , i couldn't stop. I really liked it a lot..

Great value for a wonderful series. Mom is thrilled!
This is a great collection with lots of bonus features. The prices were kind of high in retail locations like Amazon, but this was a good value for a factory sealed product. It was a gift for my mother and she is loving having it.

Before Downtown Abbey, There Was Upstairs Downstairs
I had fell in love with Downtown Abbey, and was sad when it came to an end. I was at work, and one of my elderly patients told me about a show she knew I would love, and it was called Upstairs Downstairs! The name had me me interested, because those words told me what kind of series it would be, lord's, lady's, and servents and beautiful costumes! I love how wonderful this series is thank you

Amazing! 🌹
The Downton Abbey of the 1970s. Amazing show for people that love time period dramas. Highly recommend! The presentation of this DVD set is also amazing to display of a shelf. 💕

Can not stop watching!
I love it, plus you get a bonus DVD of Thomas and Sarah, which is funy. Most enjoyable. I recommend it to everyone.

Life, Love, Betrayal
Relates to real life. Well written, excellent storyline with believable actors. I have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it, even the things I hated were captivating.

First rate costume drama.
Most engaging. It often deals with many subject matters as viewed at the time the drama takes place. Often the contrast to today's values is very interesting.
