I was happy with my communication with the seller until I opened the inner box and realized that the stand had rubbed scratches on the insides of her back legs. I had asked the seller if she could wrap the model inside of the box and she had said yes. So I was highly disappointed in this. There was one sheet of paper behind the horse. Not around the loose stand.
