This handy machine is LARGE on cleaning and CONVENIENCE and SMALL on size and ease of use. After having my carpet professionally cleaned...and, after giving up on my own HEAVY and BULKY carpet cleaning machine I purchased the Spotbot which out performed them all! To my amazement, the Spotbot extracted left in dirt that the professional cleaning failed to clean. Best of all, it is light weight and easy to use in every way--just push the button and let it go! The water cups are simple to fill and then empty. The Spotbot is so clever, that even my son finds excuses to clean the carpet! Amazing product!
As the owner of three cocker spaniels I'm always cleaning up pee from the carpets. My house has a constant smell until I use a carpet shampooer. My boyfriend bought me this for Christmas and I've been so excited. It's so much easier to clean up an accident and even some old stains have come out of the carpet!! Make sure you buy the regular size of the cleaner too because the little bottles that come with it won't last long once you start using it, you'll be using it constantly! My dog walker even said it smelled better. That tells me it's really picking up the stain and not just rubbing in the product. The reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because cleaning the hose that the dirty water travels through is difficult. Works great. Makes life easier

Great little machine!
Got this for my brother for Christmas. He has a cat that throws up her treats leaving red stains on his white carpet. Just set up this machine, sit it over the spot and press the button. Hello, I just wanted to give you a heads...
Hello, I just wanted to give you a heads up that the spotbot didn't actually work well with the hose covered with duct tape. I had to replace the hose. Fortunately I had a replacement hose in stock from our previous spotbot. Once I replace the spotbot hose, then it function properly. Great price! Great little machine
