If you own a SACD player, you must buy this disc!
I have heard and enjoyed this album in a variety of formats, but this 2006 SACD compilation and its multi-channel recording let me experience the music as if for the first time. The original performances were intended for surround sound and quadraphonic masters were made. Channel separation is used to creative effect throughout, it has been faithfully preserved in the translation from the 1969 quadraphonic masters to the 5.1 recording on this disc. For the record label to call this SUPER AUDIO is very misleading. Bonus tracks are meaningless for the most part.
