wish i had bought the JVC.
product arrived packaged exceptionally well. looks great very clean pretty much like new, but for some reason it won't work with my Samsung flat screen.works great with my 13'' Panasonic who knows maybe ill' figure it out eventually.

Works Great
Works great, only suggestion is that you purchase a head cleaner and clean the heads prior to using.

vhs sent via media mail
vhs was sent via media mail which is only for books. Post office opened it and charged me $31. VHS was not properly packed and ended up being broken with pieces rattling around inside. VHS did not work

Works good--I'm mostly use for audio.
This unit works okay, though the remote shows signs of aging...power doesn't work. Other features seem to work fine. I use mainly for taping radio talk shows and you tube videos via xbox 360. Good unit overall!

Throwback electronics
For those of us who kept the vhs tapes but not the vcr, this one is a keeper. It has allowed me to copy old vhs tapes to dvd. Old memories would have been lost forever. Works just like it would have 20 + years ago. Highly recommended.
