Item inside was carefully bubbled wrapped with no scratches or marks though. But the exterior PROTECTING the item was next to none. ZERO communication from seller, I asked a question and got no responses, despite me messaging 3x on 3 separate days. Although I did receive emails that were INFORMATIVE. However despite the initial item arriving safe, the lack of communication & bent packaging, experience is JUST OK..
