I had to make a few tweaks as they had not connected the fan controller to the chassis fan port so the fans we going full speed and couldn't be controlled. Once the controller was plugged in I was able to set things running correctly. Windows was preinstalled with a user account but opted to reinstall windows again as there was heavy hitching but a quick update of the graphics drivers resolved that. Overall good purchase.

I now realise that somewhere in the description it did mention that the item may be one of many branded makes. That said it arrived clean and fully working so I highly recommend this seller and I would certainly buy again.

Really good comms and customer service - a pre sales question was answered within 5 minutes and delivery within 2 days. Only slight issue I have is a rather noisy CPU cooling fan, but at this price point, I can put up with it or can afford to replace it (I've chosen the latter). Overall, I'm very pleased with both the PC and seller.
