It is not the Drow
Salvatore is a weird one, some people love him other hate. For me he was a good autor when I was a lad, so like almost every one else I came to know him trough the dark elf trilogies. I liked in that time, but I have to admit that the writing is not top notch. Now I always wanted to read the Caderly history and I have to say if was a refreshing change of pace. Again, this is not a master writing novel, it is an adventure just like the old DND days were, and for that it works like a charm.
