They are all pretty new to the game, and without live ammunition, but in their carelessness and cockiness, they offend some of the locals. The angry Cajuns fight back for their turf and pride, and begin a guerilla war with the soldiers, and the suspense builds in this Vietnam War-like film.

Marvelous Film
This is a mesmerizing film, suspenseful and shocking by turns. Walter Hill is at his directorial best here. The acting and music (Ry Cooter at his best) are splendid. All told, an excellent film (despite some criticism from the Cajun community upon its initial release).

Backwoods Survival at its best!!
This is a great hidden gem! One of my favourites of the wilderness survival genre. Don’t sleep on this forgotten classic!!

Southern Comfort
A movie filmed in Louisiana Bayou. Breathtaking scenery and Cagin living are part of an action-drama that keeps you entertained from start to finish. A great movie cast makes an interesting plot. It’s worth a look.

Southern Comfort - Excellent
I’ve seen this movie many many times before, it’s a entertaining movie that has everything that I like in a Good movie. Action, Adventure, Suspenseful and Crime. I think it was and maybe still is a sleeper that many people still don’t know about.

Southern Comfort Blu Ray.
Great movie. Waited a long time for this title to be re-released. DVD from way back was expensive because they released it for a short time. Thanks for putting it on Blu Ray.
