Muscle Memory Buster
This is a challenging workout to sprinkle into your workout to prevent muscle memory. With the full body poses, it makes your muscles work together rather than targeting just a single muscle to tone. However, I would NOT recommend this to someone just starting back into regular exercise... Give it a few weeks before introducting this into your routine.

excellent pilates
An excellent dvd for anyone, even those new to pilates. Instructor is informative and thorough. Workouts are enjoyable and not very long giving you the option of a short workout or combining different ones to get a longer workout.

Perfect Pilates for a Beginner

Pilates mat work
This DVD consists of 5 ten minute workouts that can be combined to make a 50 minute power workout. The instructor is clear and upbeat, showing you exactly how to move. You can combine different segments as you like them and skip segments that may not be the best for your body. This is an excellent value!
