    Item was not new in box as was in the Description. It had been programmed previously so had been in use in an alarm system somewhere (the zone names are saved in the keypad). That aside, item was in excellent shape and works as expected. Packaging was great and it was shipped right away.

    The item was new, BUT I ordered the wrong product. I returned it. The seller lied and said it was full of hair and chose to offer about 1/2 the refund. I have reported the store. Contacted EBAY to try and dispute the said lies. I used this item for less than a minute and properly sent it back. My problem is with this seller, they are dishonest and didn't even talk to me. I rarely use EBAY and only accidently saw that they made up lies and refused to give my money back. Going back to Amazon.

    Very Loud but annoying looping chirps

    It sounds loud a very good until a couple hrs being on its starts making very annoying weird chirping , clicking , slight buzzing like harmonic overtones that actually wake you up and keep you up . Too bad because the volume is Great but those horrible annoying looping sounds kick in after a couple hrs , then stop sometimes, then start up again . Long story short , I just ordered another brand sleep machine that hopefully is actually “non looping”. Its not fun being a light sleeper bu gummy !

    Nice product - shouldn't have waited so long to get one!

    My house is not noisy, neither is my street. My neighbors dogs on the other hand, can be! I have not noticed a single dog bark since getting this. I would rate 5 stars, but as some other reviews have stated it shuts itself off at random. After a bunch of testing, i believe this is volume related. I have the volume set a little below halfway now, if I turn it up it will shut off on its own at some random time. I have owned this for a little over a month and have NOT retested it since I found out how to keep it on all the time so not 100% sure its volume related!

    Sleep Like a Baby

    I love my white noise! Have had a mechanical white noise generator for 30 years. After a while it sucked up dust, needed to be cleaned, oiled, babied and then died. Lo and behold my son had this unit and I loved it. Decided I had to have it. Found it here for half retail. Unit was barely if ever used. Price was great and now I too will sleep like a baby!

    Compact and powerful!

    This is more compact than the model I have used for over 10 years. The “calm” sound is the most soothing white noise for me and the ability to turn up the volume is an excellent feature atypical to many on the market. Very pleased with this purchase. Will be easy to pack for travel.

    Great adjustable machine

    I have a very hard sleeping without this machine, I love it. I like that is has options to do adjust the tone to either a high or low pitch. You can adjust it to your exact preference and it maintains your selection for the following night
