Seems inferior
Usually JBL products are great quality, hence why I chose the brand. However the one I purchased here is a knock-off product in comparison the what the real JBL would be. Disappointing
Ear buds arrived in the "Mono" mode. Tried every suggestion on the internet and YouTube to convert the ear buds to "Stereo" mode, but nothing worked.
