I had no help, support or useful communication from them. The issue was clearly with the delivery service that the Seller chose to use. Under Consumer Law, it it the Seller's responsibility to get goods delivered to customers, & to investigate if goods are not received. It's a shame this Seller doesn't seem to be aware of/compliant with it. Instead, they kept telling me it had been delivered

It is using clear false advertising by saying your purchasing a pack of 6 when in actual fact you will receive just a single item when your package is delivered. I tried to contact the seller directly to discuss the issue and I got no contact back at all so they clearly know what they are up to. I had to involve eBay to get my money back and arrange a return of goods postage label. You are misleading other buyers because of one misconception which wasn't even our fault. If you want, you can change your feedback and we can refund your money after we have received the return.
