The missing size plate in our Pfaltzgraff Heritage place setting
Our household has owned dinnerware form the Pfaltzgraff Heritage collection for over 30 years, but we missed having a medium sized plate for smaller meals or snack. So while replacing some missing plates and bowls, I noticed these luncheon plates, as well as other Pfaltzgraff pieces. The price for these smaller plates was strangely, much more than full size plates, but still affordable enough.They are now made in China, and the quality is fine for everyday casual use; but they are not as perfect as pieces acquired many years ago.You can't beat the elegant simplicity of the Heritage range.

Exactly like my old ones!
I had to throw out most of my old luncheon plates because after many years of use, they had become too marked up with gray utensil marks to keep white anymore. These replacement pieces are brand new and exactly the same as the ones I bought 20 years ago. I am very pleased with them.

Ugly
It has none of the beauty of Pfaltzgraff Heritage. My original pieces are over 30 years old. They have weight and beauty. Had they originally looked like these, I would not have been interested.
