...not good enough for me, or enjoyable (for me) to read... No stayer.!
The "Guitar Player Repair Guide" is not bad as it is. But in my opinion it doesn't go far enough into the difficulties I face, and the questions I have. But I still think it is a good help for people who are starting to maintain their own guitar. But for me its a little too superficial and common. The only thing that puts me really down, is the letter-type they used.! I admit that my eyes are a little worn caused by ageing, but even with my reading-glasses on..it is no pleasure to read.! I really don't understand why they choose such a thin and "not" easy readable letter-type.. Isn't it the main goal from a book..to make it "easy to read" and "not wanna put it aside" ? I don't want to be negative about it, but this is not "my most enjoyable" book so far... I will re-sell it eventually..and look for something better that goes more into matters, and is more fun to read ..and re-read. Great door for the guitar techs.
