Seller will take his time answering as a matter of fact he only responded after I reported him to ebay. Wanted me to return but fortunately Amazon refunded me and I didn't have to go through the hassle because honestly I don't trust this seller. Was a little disappointed that the product box was open, with the pods loose in the larger delivery box but arrived in a strong box meaning that the product box was not damaged.
