The quality is excellent and came in great condition. The shipping was fairly quick and the packaging was well done. The gem is just as described and pictured. As stated on the listing, It came with a gem report certification. The value was very fair. I highly recommend this seller!

I have an impression that the post office in the country of destination (Germany) just decided to keep the beautiful stones after they had scanned my parcel! As it is just in nowhere now! I still have not received any reply from the post officials. The vendor is a fair person who reguarly replied my messages and tried to investigate the case. He refunded my purchase in full!!
